Hi Simon, Thank you for your review, This is why we do the video chat, You see the car in its true colours, and you can close in on certain areas of interest that you can't always see with the pictures on the advert, Although we do not claim to be valuators we offer cars at excellent prices we cant do everything, although we wish we could. We discussed the 7 seat issue and you said you didn't need the 7 seats part and would never use it. so although the pictures show no rear belts on the 3rd row, and when we showed you on the live video chat. i am disappointed that you have given us a 2 star rating over the seat belts in the 3rd row even though you were told they were not there??
